This is a frontend-user listing plugin from the modules extension.
You can enable an optional filter by search-word or frontend-usergroup. Simply prefilter in the plugin by selecting frontend-usergroups, which should be shown and select details from the users to display.
If this plugin should be protected, you can simply use the frontend-usergroup protection from the TYPO3 backend.
